Transport Changes

Great Union Street will remain closed until later this month.
 
A full closure is in place until Sunday 26 June to allow resurfacing and concrete repair work to take place.
 
Access remains to businesses from Clarence Street and the A63 throughout the duration of the five weeks of roadworks.

Despite now being more than 40 years old, the Humber Bridge is still one of the world’s largest suspension bridges. It is currently the 12th longest on the planet.
 
But the new number one only opened earlier this year. The 1915 Çanakkale Bridge opened in Turkey back in March and spans an incredible of 2,023 metres, connecting Europe and Asia by crossing the Dardanelles.
